Ease Business International Ltd was contracted to conduct a Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD) coaching mission for ROCS in Kasese. The project focused on strengthening organizational capacity to integrate human rights and environmental safeguards into its programs and operations.
Objectives
Build capacity of ROCS staff on HREDD principles.
Provide practical tools for risk assessment and compliance.
Support alignment with international human rights and environmental standards.
Enhance accountability and sustainability within ROCS interventions.

Strengthened organizational frameworks for rights-based and environmentally responsible programming.
